If a deal is good, we can move very quickly because we are a private group. This gives us preferential access when discretion and/or speed are required by the seller.

Direct investment and inclusion on capitalization table or shareholder registry; no funds. Our approach embodies different investment methods: Equity, preferred equity, royalties, convertible debt or debt investments

We want to finance out our cash as soon as possible – selling is rarely the optimal source of liquidity. Once the initial money is invested we prefer never to put in another investor penny.
